  Lazy Bum blogs
はい はい はい はい! ワンフイさん。
(hai hai hai hai! wa--n-hu-i-sa-n)
here's the lazy bum blogging finaaaaalllyy...
ハア!ハア! (reads ha-a! ha-a!)
and i'll insert some japanese vocab here and there for you to pick up!

FINALLY on the last day of last week.. started my first (hajime) driving lesson. all i can say is.. i'm going to become one of those "kae-u" women drivers.. can't control the oil properly.. keep forgetting about the clutch.. keep forgetting to look into the rearview mirror.. gosh. わたし くるま お うんてんする わるいですよ! (wa-ta-shi ku-ru-ma o u-n-te-n-su-ru wa-ru-i-de-su-yo!) {translate: i car drive bad, yo!}

i've been baking.. and baking.. (lots of huat kueh). Been trying out funny coconnations.. haha.. pandan.. orange.. vanilla.. almond.. i have these 4 flavors.. and MIXED ones.. haha.. they look good and from what i hear from my aunt. this 4th batch that i baked today is great! unique yet acceptable, sweet and nice to smell, good texture. YAY! :) i'm in love with baking.. and blueberry muffins golden brown outside and purplish inside! and chocolate chip cookies.. and i'm thinking of making fruit buns next.. haha..

i'm sorry i didnt bring those baked goods and cusines (ryori) back to hall as i promised those still having exams.. blame my bottomless-stomach cousins! once i finally finish baking a batch of 20.. i'm usually left with only 10. 'cos they will ask "ah qi jie jie! i take one, okie?"(ahqi-neesan, hitotsu totde iidesuka?) how can i say no (iie)? then my aunts. and uncles. and mum and dad.. and granny and grandad.. haha.. in a swoosh. one each. and 16 gone. then by the nxt morning.. the rest settles in their stomach. i can't believe they havent gotten sick of it yet. haha.. and my cousin are waking me up everyday (maenichi) to bake. they love to stir and add things to the dough.. smell it.. stare at the oven.. hear the "ting!" of the oven..
baking is so funny when i do it with my cousins. i guess i miss being aneesan (elder sister), being their refuge from their parents. tonight (konban) 2 of my cousin will be sleeping over in my room. :) they are so much a part of my life i think thats why hostel will never feel like home without them and the noise they bring.

been reading too! love reading to sleep and reading on the car, the train, in the toliet, before training.. and i love the book.. not another chic lit i'm glad to say.. it's "the unbearable lightness of being".. indepth of living.
makes me want to ask everyone is happy light or heavy? burdens are heavy, right? so are we truly happy when we feel light and freed from burdens?
gosh.. i could go on and on and on.. a really clever book that makes you think about your life.. makes you cherish it.

talk bout cherishing life.. i'm still in the mids of watching ichi reita no namida... 1 litre of tears. cried 500l.. haha.. if i were a flower, now i would be a bud. i will cherish the days of my youth.. extracted from it. HUI! and did you know that i nearly bought the japanese novel ichi reita no namida?! only till just did i realise that its the same story.. makes me want to buy the book more.. even if it'll take me a dictionary and one month to finish it! no translated version! in japanese! haha.. from kino.. so ahhh... if you want to get me to help you in something.. haha.. you know how to thank me! ;p

kk.. i need to bathe now!! mums nagging.. haha..
